WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?

Our ordering process is very simple. By completing your payment details during the payment process, you will shortly receive a confirmation notice at the email address provided. HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED IN TIME, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs delays. Please also contact our customer service team at anirapet@hotmail.com and we will provide you with an update.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free shipping within the US USA USA USA It may take 5-15 business days to arrive. Free international shipping may take 7-20 business days to arrive. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to reach you, please wait 15-25 days before reporting a lost order to our customer service team.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SUIT AND / OR IMPORT TAXES?

AniraPet is not responsible for custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to consult the price guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. AniraPet is NOT responsible for stolen / lost packages, packages shipped to the wrong address, or package refund / replacement in these cases. The client is responsible for filing all claims.
